Just when I was starting to relax...

Our lender called and said our house (very possibly NOT our future house anymore) has yet to be appraised.   The order for the appraisal was submitted last week, and was to be finished and numbers in by today.  The guy hasn't even been out there.

I'm afraid our 7 days, and counting may be very, very off now.  Now we somehow have to convince our seller to extend.  If they don't we could be out inspection fees, appraisal fees, AND earnest money.

So we wait...
