Eye shadows and eye liners must be replace after 3 months.Water-based foundation and liquid concealers can last for 6 to 12 months. Blush and face powder can last for 12 months up to 2 years, if they are used and stored properly. Lipstick and lip gloss have a lifespan of 12 months.
Brushes and applicators must be cleaned regularly and stored properly. If you use your fingers to dab on eye make-up, be sure to wash your hands first.
