monday morning music : finches.

Good morning! I hope you all had a nice restful and cozy weekend like I did. I am still sick after almost four weeks- this has to be the worst flu I have had. The only good thing is that I am getting plenty of pretty great sleep (thanks to the help of cold medicine.)

Anyways, on to Monday's music. It is no secret that I am quite in love with the music of The Finches. If you haven't listened to them yet, you can hear a few of their songs right here. Carolyn Pennypacker Riggs has one of my favorite voices and the song structures/melodies are almost intoxicating. Hands down, it's my favorite rainy day music (which means I listen to them a lot here in Portland.) Enjoy!
